This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchasing from soulstone.se.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified if significant delays occur.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We ship internationally, and most products are fulfilled and shipped from overseas warehouses.
Estimated delivery times:
- Sweden: 7–18 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or seasonal demand.
In rare cases, delivery may take longer.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders (unless otherwise stated at checkout).
Free shipping refers to standard international delivery and does not include express shipping options.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch.
5. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to:
- Import VAT
- Customs duties
- Local handling fees
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Payment of any such fees is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering.
6. Shipping Delays
Although we aim for timely delivery, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

- Weather or transport disruptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors.

7. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses
- Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete information
If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local postal service

We will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
9. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will evaluate the case and provide a replacement or solution where appropriate.
10. Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability or warehouse location.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
